All flight bookings made through Flight Getter are subject to the refund and cancellation rules of the respective airlines or travel service providers. We act as an intermediary, and therefore our ability to process refunds is governed by the airline’s or supplier’s policies.
Cancellation Requests
Customers must request cancellations by contacting our support team via phone or email. Please note that cancellation requests are only processed during our business hours and must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the fare type, airline, and terms of your booking:
- Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds unless specifically allowed by the airline.
- Partially used tickets may not be refundable.
- Refunds may be subject to airline penalties, service fees, or administrative charges.
Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated once confirmed by the airline or supplier. The processing time may vary between 7 to 30 business days, depending on the airline, payment method, and banking institutions involved.
Service Fees
Flight Getter may charge a service fee for handling cancellations, changes, or refund requests in addition to any airline-imposed charges.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a “no-show” (failure to board without prior cancellation), most airlines do not allow refunds. Please ensure you cancel your booking in advance to preserve any potential refund eligibility.
